Do you have a plan for your business? You may have heard the term “Failing to Plan is Planning to Fail”. A business plan serves as a roadmap to where you want to go. We believe a business plan should be a living document that is updated annually and serves multiple purposes: a document that informs outside stakeholder (like your banker) that you have a solid plan and a strategy to achieve it, a vehicle to inform and guide your team about where your business is headed, and a map to guide you in decision making and action steps on an ongoing basis. We will work with you to develop a business plan or revise your existing plan that may be outdated and gathering dust in a file somewhere.
